In front of a house in a remote village in Jincheon-gun last June. A woman in her 40s flees by car to avoid her husband's assault.

The husband, who followed, picks up a stone and throws it, brings a wooden wooden beam and continues threatening behavior, demanding that Mr. A get off.

[Phone reported at the time: ○○ Villa… Come in this way. Please come quickly. ]

However, the police who came near the scene could not find the specific location where Mr. A was, and nearly 20 minutes passed.

In the end, Mr. A, who became impatient, took the steering wheel himself and moved about 30m to the side of the road where the police are.

[Mr A / Victim woman: I thought that I should avoid here, and I went there (where the police are) for a while while (husband) was away for a while thinking that I should teach the location. ] While

meeting with the police, he was able to avoid the emergency, but Mr. A, who took the wheel, had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.104% and a license revocation level, and was handed over to trial for drunk driving.

The judgment of the trial court was not guilty.

According to the Cheongju District Court, Mr. A must have felt a significant threat, and considering that he reported to the police first or drove only 30m to find the police, it was determined that Mr. A's driving was an emergency evacuation without illegality.
