court found guilty of the charges and sentenced Kim to 20 years in prison and ordered him to complete 160 hours of child abuse treatment program and 10 years of restriction on employment at child-related institutions.



The court said that Kim acknowledged the charges as guilty as the accused acknowledged that Kim had caused the death of the child by not giving proper food to the child.



He explained the reason for the sentencing that the victim would have to suffer and the circumstances after the crime could not help but be punished.



The court added, however, that after separating from her ex-husband, she suffered financial difficulties and took into account the fact that she was reflecting.
