This morning, a fire broke out at Shin-Kori Nuclear Power Plant Unit 4, Seosaeng-myeon, Ulju-gun.
The lights went out in about an hour, but electricity production stopped when the turbines were shut down.
Saeul Nuclear Power Plant and the fire department are investigating the exact cause of the fire, assuming that a fire has started from the voltage regulator in the generator turbine room.
