Choi, a high school teacher, was sexually abused and sexually harassed students 11 times until November of that year, saying to his pupils, "You can have children well, so I want to be my daughter-in-law." .
Choi, who was handed over to trial for violating the Child Abuse Penalty Act, claimed that the statement was not made, the content of the statement was distorted or exaggerated, and that there was no intention of sexual abuse.
However, the first trial was convicted and sentenced to a fine of 10 million won, saying, "The victims are convicted of stating the details of their remarks and how they were made to speak, and consistently stating the facts of the damage from the investigative agency to the court." .
The second trial judged all of Choi's charges as guilty, but Choi apologized to the victims and compensated them financially, and in consideration of the fact that he worked sincerely, such as receiving a commendation from the superintendent of education in the past, he broke the court case and sentenced him to a fine of 2.5 million won.
The Supreme Court also dismissed the appeal, saying, "There is no fault in misunderstanding the law."
