Mr. Lee Mo (76), a dog breeder Rottweiler, was sentenced to a fine at the first trial, accused of biting the small dog Spitz, who was walking, and injuring the dog.

The Seoul Western District Law sentenced Lee, who was handed over to trial today (26th) on charges of violating the Animal Protection Act or damaging property, with a fine of 6 million won.

The court judged Mr. Lee to be guilty of violating the Animal Protection Act and not guilty of property damage.

In July of last year, Mr. Lee was tried in a residential area in Bulgwang-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, on charges of killing Spitz while walking by leaving Rotweiler uncovered, and injuring his dog.

Damaged dogs suffered two weeks of injuries, such as being bitten by Rottweiler.

The fact that Rottweiler injured the victim's dog owner is a violation of the Animal Protection Act.

Defendant Lee argued, "While trying to put a mouth on Rottweiler in preparation for a walk, Rottweiler suddenly found Spitz and ran out and missed the leash."

Mr. Lee's claim that he was unintentional was admitted to the court.

The judge said, "The defendant Lee raised blind dogs unreasonably, and there were similar accidents three times before, but we considered the fact that the victim was not actively injured and the degree of injury to the victim was not serious." Explained the reason for the sentencing.

Earlier, the prosecution sentenced Lee to six months in prison.
