doctor in a large hospital in Seoul has reported that he has been bullied by fellow doctors for the second year. It is the story of the informant that there were times when he tore a book and hit him in front of other people. However, the hospital's position is that it is a personal dispute between colleagues.

Reporter Han Sung-hee covered the report.

doctor comes out of the hospital's duty room with someone's bag.

Then, the book from the bag is torn to pieces and thrown into the hallway.

Those who appear to be co-workers only watch.

The doctor who tore the book came out of the duty room with a jumper as well, but the clothes were found buried in the toilet toilet after a while.

It happened in March last year at a large hospital in Seoul, and the owner of the book and clothes is Mr. A, who was a second-year doctor at the time.

[Mr. A / reporter: Suddenly surrounded and assaulted without knowing the English, a jumper is found in the toilet... ]

Mr. A, who was even beaten in front of other doctors, asked the police for help.

The doctor who hit him was fined, and Mr. A was also put on prosecution for pulling the other person's arm.

Mr. A claims that bullying began after pointing out the problem of his colleagues attending an academic conference necessary for the examination of his major at the end of last year.

[Mr. A / reporter: I had to avoid the perpetrators for more than a year, so I couldn't even go to the staff restaurant once, and I ate cup noodles and lived.

It feels like a corner and basic daily life is difficult, so…

.]

I complained of pain to the professor in charge, but did not listen to Mr. A.

[Professor in charge of Mr. A: So you still don't know why you were right?] In the

end, I asked the hospital to investigate the facts.

However, he complains that his return was the contempt of his seniors.

[Recording a conversation between Mr. A and the boss at work: I said something like an apology or prevention of recurrence.

(No, do you think other people should apologize for bullying you?)]

Outside agencies weren't helpful either.

I filed a complaint with the Employment and Labor Administration, but ended by sending only advisory administrative guidance, saying it was a matter that was already investigated by the hospital's grievance committee.

The National Human Rights Commission is also repeating that it has been investigating for eight months.

[Mr. A / reporter: I am busy with Corona 19 or need more time, while talking like this...

.] The

hospital said, "We decided that it was not bullying in the workplace that is being hit by the boss because of a personal dispute between colleagues," and stated that it does not view Mr. A as a victim.

A colleague who assaulted Mr. A said he was being harmed by civil lawsuits, etc., and said that Mr. A's allegations were not true.
