A woman in her 30s who killed a worker in her 60s who was working at a construction site while driving drunk late at night appeared in court on the 25th for a warrant examination.

30-year-old Kwon-mo, who left the Seongdong Police Station detention center in Seoul and arrived at Dongbu District Court at around 10:10 am on the same day, said "I can't remember any of them" when asked questions from reporters such as "How much alcohol did you drank?" and "Do you remember the situation?" I went to court.

He said, "I am sorry to the survivors" and "I am sorry (at the court)," when the statement was finished at around 11:10 am and was escorted back to the police car.

He also sobbed loudly, saying that he could not remember at the time of the accident.

Whether Kwon is arrested is expected to come out in the late afternoon.

Mr. Kwon was arrested by the police at around 2 am yesterday by hitting a 60-year-old worker, A, a daily worker who was demolishing an old subway soundproofing wall on a road near Ttukseom Station in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, with his Mercedes car.

In this accident, Mr. A died at the site, and Kwon's vehicle was burned out after hitting the crane support one after another.

It is said that Kwon suffered only bruises.

Considering the fact that Kwon's blood alcohol concentration was at the level of license cancellation, the police applied for a warrant for arrest by applying charges such as violation of the Act on aggravated punishment for certain crimes, also known as the'Yoon Chang-ho Act'.
