Emphasis on the benefits of the meter
Romain Lanéry defines himself as "passionate about new technologies".
He is active on various social networks and has 100,000 followers on TikTok, over 193,000 on Twitter, over 300,000 on Instagram and one million on YouTube.
Enough to reach a wide range of French people.
The influencer task will be to highlight the strengths and functionalities of Linky.
Romain Lanéry will praise the technologies on board the meter, which allows you to control your energy consumption or manage your energy transition.
For the Emakina agency, which manages many influencers, such a collaboration makes it possible to offer “authentic, original and relevant content for the engagement and loyalty [of] communities”.
Rising bills
Many customers who have the green box have seen their bills increase, such as this Calvados resident who owes EDF 1,100 euros more than his usual consumption.

Even the CNIL expressed doubts about the device.
In February 2020, the authority had given EDF and Engie formal notice concerning the management of personal data collected by Linky meters.
At the beginning of May, after noting that these breaches had ceased, it ended up lifting the formal notice.
