They were fishing around the crime scene from the night of the 24th of last month until 5 a.m. the next day, and they saw a person entering the water around 4:40 a.m.



It is said that he saw a man standing alone, submerged in water from a point 3m inside the river to his knees, gradually walking into the river and submerged to his chest.



Police say there were five fishermen who saw a person entering the water and two fishermen who only heard a splash.



One of the eyewitnesses stated that it was men who got into the water because of their hairstyle or build.



They watched this while quietly fishing at 80m away, keeping their nerves on the brink.



The police also released specific statements.



"I thought I was going to go swimming after drinking alcohol.", "I went deep, stirring with both arms as if swimming."



Witnesses said they did not see a man who entered the water coming out of the water.



The police explained that in the process of checking over 150 vehicles entering the Hangang Park, they contacted witnesses and conducted an investigation.



Police are focusing on securing additional witnesses and analyzing surrounding CCTVs to determine the exact identity of the men witnessed.
