The Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency's prosecutor's office announced today (17th) that it has initiated an investigation into the suspicion of inadequate initial actions related to the murder of a song pub.
The investigation was conducted under the direction of Incheon Police Commissioner Kim Byeong-gu after media reports reported that the victim reported to 112 just before the murder of a song pub, but the police did not mobilize.

Earlier, the police said that the time when a song pub owner A (34), who was arrested for murder and abandonment of corpses, murdered a customer B in her 40s, was between 2:6 and 24 am on the 22nd of last month.
