<Anchor> With the

emphasis on social distancing due to Corona 19, a lot of people camping outdoors or enjoying car rides increased. However, both the residents and nature are suffering from some selfish behavior, such as camping in prohibited places or dumping garbage anywhere.

<Reporter> This

is a public parking lot on a beach in Yangyang, Gangwon-do.

There is a banner in front of you stating that camping or cooking is prohibited, but there are several campers.

People also flocked to another public parking lot nearby to camp and park.

Cars were parked on two or three sides of the parking lot, and tents were set up, and shade curtains and tents were also placed in the park where trees were planted.

[Campingers: We haven't seen the (banner) carefully, but if that's the case, we should withdraw.] The

places where campers stay are overflowing with trash.

Garbage thrown away by campers is piled up in the corner next to the toilet.

Most of them are items or ingredients used for camping, but they were thrown away in regular bags.

One or two 50 liters of camping garbage per day come out from the trash cans in the bathroom.

[Environmental Beauty Salon: Something like crab shells, something like corn. Something like what I ate. (Are you putting all this in the bathroom?) In the bathroom trash.]

Some campers even secretly turn off electricity in public toilets or even wash dishes and showers.

[Jung Woo-sik/Gangwon Yangyang-gun Office Environmental Facility Manager: Some people take water to the tank and do laundry or shower in the bathroom. So, when the water usage fee is high, it costs more than 1 million won (from one place).]

Some campers leave their tents and camping supplies intact, and some camping cars are parked in one place for a long period of time and live only with their bodies.

This is a scene where everyone is tired from Corona 19 and the camping culture matures in difficult times.
