late Kim Bok-yeon, who fled immediately after the war.

Unfamiliar young men stopped in front of Kim, who was returning home to Seonghwa, a four-year-old son who is going home after the restoration of Seoul.

Mr. Kim secretly murdered a neighbor who supported the South Korean government while serving as an assistant to the North Korean military.

Two months after he was arrested after harsh torture, his life imprisonment was confirmed, and his son was sent to an orphanage and separated from life.

Kim was later commuted, and only after he was released from prison, the story of his 15-year imprisonment was known, and he reunited with his family.

And after more than 70 years after two appeals for retrial, the conclusions were reversed.

The court judged that there was insufficient evidence that Mr. Kim reported to the North Korean military at the time.

Rather, he said, "There is no proof of crime," saying that the statement that he was away from Seoul would be discovered that he helped the ROK.

However, he was sentenced to indemnity, saying that the special measure on punishment for crimes under emergency that applied to Mr. Kim was abolished in 1960.

Although the name was taken off, Kim died in 2010, and the family, who had not known the life or death of their mother for 40 years, suffers from guilt.

Mr. Kim emphasized that it is necessary to investigate the truth of the victims by flocking as assistant workers, saying that they will hold the state responsible for compensation for damages.
