I delivered the news yesterday (13th) that the names of former Chief of Justice Min and Park Sang-hee were mentioned in the prosecution's complaint against Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office of Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, Lee Seong-yoon, who was handed over to the trial. The prosecution decided that the two were also involved in the case of the ban on illegal departure from former vice minister Kim Hak. When such information was made known through the complaint, today's Attorney General Park Beom-gye ordered a fact-finding investigation to reveal the details of the leak.

Reporter Son Hyung-an will tell you.

Attorney General Park Beom-gye, who criticized the prosecution of Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office Lee Seong-yoon under the Seoul Central District Law for being forced to Chun-hyang.

When the details of the prosecutor's office were reported in detail, they did not hide their uncomfortable feelings.

[Park Beom-gye/Minister of Justice: We are stacking up one by one. (Do you mean you are conducting an inspection?) Don't ask any more.]

Minister Park's remarks, alluding to the extraordinary measures, came into effect in half a day as an order for a fact-finding investigation on the outflow of the prosecution.

Minister Park expressed that "the prosecution was illegally leaked even before being served by the Chief Prosecutor," and nailed it as an offense.

Depending on the results of the fact-finding, it is interpreted as a will not to rule out surveillance or investigation.

The Supreme Prosecutor's Office initiated a fact-finding investigation by investing in three departments, including the Prosecutor's Office 1 and 3 and the Information and Communication Department. And denies it.

Minister Park's intention is this time to properly apply the knife to the chronic leak of investigation information, but in a situation where the suspicion of external pressure is escalating to the upper line, there may be a backlash that it is retaliatory prosecution for investigating the facts.

It has been revealed that the airborne agency, which received the case from the prosecutors' office, had already learned the related details when it was transferred to the case of the District Prosecutor's Office two months ago.

At the time, the case was re-transferred to the prosecution as it was not ready for investigation, but even now with the investigation team, we are still thinking about how to investigate directly and how to re-transfer to the prosecution as in the past.
