An office worker in her 20s, running on the Gyeongbu Expressway while drunk, was caught in downtown Cheongju after a chase with the citizen and the police who reported it.
The 10th District of the Expressway Patrol captured Mr. Song Mo, a 26-year-old office worker who drove off the Gyeongbu Expressway with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.095% at the Heungdeok Police Station in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do.
Song was reported to the police today (9th) about 20 minutes at midnight by a citizen who suspected drinking alcohol while running at a speeding lane near the Cheonanhodo Rest Area in Southeast Cheonan City, Chungcheongnam-do toward Busan on the Gyeongbu Expressway.
Song escaped for about 20 minutes to avoid the police who had been reported and dispatched, but was stopped and caught in front of a traffic light in Daeshin-ro, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do.
