A video of a man in his 20s indiscriminately assaulting a collapsed taxi driver in his 60s has been posted on the Internet, creating resentment. They also rioted against the policeman who was dispatched, but they were finally arrested.

front of Nangok Tunnel in Sillim-dong, Seoul. A 20-year-old man A, a passenger, approaches a taxi driver in his 60s who fell on the road and slaps him in the face.



Mr. A didn't even wear a mask.



Even though the taxi driver struggled and complained of pain, the assault continued for about 10 minutes.



[Witness: I was just shoving into the first lane and hitting the car, so I knocked it down on the sidewalk, so I kept hitting it.] The



man did not stop the assault until the police were dispatched, and spit at the policeman, and so on.



An eyewitness who reported the video and reported it to the police said that even though the security center was only 30 meters away, it was not open at night, so immediate assistance was not available.
