Singer Kim Heung-guk, 62, was charged with violating a signal in downtown Seoul in broad daylight, hitting a motorcycle, and fleeing without repairing the scene, and is being investigated by the police.

Motorcycles also entered the yellow light and violated the signal, and the driver is known to have injured a leg in an accident.
It is said that Kim was investigated by the police immediately on the day of the accident, and did not drink and drive.
An official from Kim's side claimed to the media today that "I thought that the motorcycle was not a hit and run after passing through a car, just leaving the scene," and "I am waiting for the results after being clearly explained in the police investigation."
