Police arrested a man who killed a passerby with a weapon.
Yesterday (4th) around 7 pm in a residential area in Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, A 42-year-old man stabbed and murdered a man in his 60s with a weapon.
In a police investigation, Mr. A asked the victim to'loan 1,000 won' to the victim, but stated that he was wielding a weapon when the victim refused.
The police believe that Mr. A has no one side view with the victim.
Mr. A reported himself to 112 after the crime.
The police arrested Mr. A as a current offender at Mr. A's residence.
The police will apply for an arrest warrant for Mr. A.
