There was a murder case for asking a passerby to borrow 1,000 won for the first time and for refusing it.

The Gangdong Police Department in Seoul is investigating a 42-year-old man, A, for murder.

According to the police, Mr. A encountered Mr. B, a 64-year-old man on the street at 7 pm the previous day (4th) in a residential area in Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu.

In a police investigation, Mr. A asked Mr. B to lend him 1,000 won, which he saw for the first time that day, and when Mr. B refused, he stated that he had stabbed Mr. B's chest and abdomen several times with a weapon.

After the crime, Mr. A reported himself to 112 and was arrested, and Mr. B was taken to the hospital but died.

The police are planning to apply for an arrest warrant for Mr. A.
