The police believe that A's cell phone was used by the suspect due to the fact that there was no cell phone in the farming waterway where Mr. A was found dead.

Earlier, Mr. A was discovered by a nearby resident after being stabbed several times on an agricultural waterway in Samsan-myeon, Ganghwa-gun, Incheon, around 2 pm on the 21st.
