Prosecutor General's Candidate Recommendation Committee is holding a meeting at the Gwacheon Office of the Ministry of Justice from 10 am today (29th).



The Ministry of Justice handed over the list of 14 candidates for the Prosecutor General to the Recommendation Committee. Among them, the committee is working to determine the final candidates of 3-4 by placing 13 people excluding Prosecutor Han Dong-hoon, who withdrew consent for personnel verification, to be judged.



The most prominent candidates are Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office Lee Seong-yoon, Deputy Prosecutor Cho Nam-gwan, former Vice Minister of Justice Kim Oh-soo, and former Busan High Prosecutor General, Yangbu-nam.



In addition, senior prosecutors such as Bae Seong-beom, head of the Judicial Affairs Training Institute, Seoul High Prosecutor General Cho Sang-cheol, Gu Bon-seon Gwangju High Prosecutor General, Oh In-seon Suwon High Prosecutor General, etc.
