Police investigated a man who was forced to go home and harass a teenager who was buying pants from the second-hand trading app carrot market.

The Seoul Gangbuk Police Department announced today (27th) that it is investigating a man A, who is accused of violating the Sexual Protection Act of Children and Adolescents (forced harassment).

Mr. A is accused of touching the body of a teenager who had been buying pants from him near his home in Suyu-dong, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, around 9 pm on the 22nd.

The victim told the police, "It's better to try on the pants, so I tweaked them to come into the house."

The police were dispatched to report the victim who fled from the house, but the investigation on Mr. A has not yet proceeded as Mr. A did not open the door on the day of the crime.
