The government plans to approve flights into the country carrying Indian citizens.

On the 27th, the Overseas Immigration Team of the Central Accident Control Headquarters announced on the 27th that "general Korean-India irregular flights have been suspended, but are allowed to operate for the purpose of transporting Koreans."

He added, "On May 5th, irregular flights for the purpose of transporting Koreans will be permitted."

At a briefing yesterday, the government explained measures to block the influx of mutant viruses from India and said, "From the previous day, it has temporarily suspended the permit to operate irregular flights departing from India."

There are no regular flights from India to Korea, but only irregular flights, but as the corona 19 epidemic in India became serious, airlines and local travel agencies have been preparing to operate special flights carrying Korean residents.
