Yesterday (19th), I delivered the contents of the so-called former vice minister Kim Hak-e's investigation report by the Great Swords Past History Investigation Team. Among the materials provided by lawyer Joon-young Park, who participated in the investigation team at the time, included the contents of the group chat room of the fact-finding team. Disclosure of this content is also cautious, but we have determined that it is in the public interest to verify that the experts gathered to investigate the facts of the case of great public interest worked in accordance with the principles and procedures. However, looking at the contents of the group dialogue, especially the process of public summoning and banning departure from former Vice Minister Kim Hak-ei, I wonder if the result of the investigation team's fierce thoughts is correct.

Reporter Won Jong-jin reports.

On March 13th, two days before the end of the activities of the Great Sword Past History fact-finding team.

Prosecutor Gyu-won Lee posts a message in the group chat room that it is under review for public summons tomorrow.

It is a content that attempts to publicly subpoena Kim Hak's former vice-minister after four months of the investigation team's activities.

However, it was revealed that "it will not come out anyway, but it is part of the exit strategy," and the investigation team was also expecting that former Vice Minister Kim would not respond to the summons.

It was questionable whether the investigating team had the authority to investigate the summons, but on March 14, the next day, the investigating team released the public summons of former Vice Minister Kim to the media.

As expected, former Vice Minister Kim refused to respond, and the protagonist of the video was Kim Hak-eui, the police chief's testimony, and criticism began to invade.

Eventually, on March 18, the President ordered a thorough investigation, and the deadline for the investigation team's activities was extended for another two months.

Only then begins to debate the need for a ban on departure.

Some talks have been made to inform the media that former Vice Minister Kim will be banned from leaving the country, but it has been pointed out that there is a legal problem, so the proposal to request withdrawal has been pulled.

Meanwhile, the late night of March 22nd.

Former Vice Minister Kim appeared at Incheon Airport, and Prosecutor Gyuwon Lee banned departure from Buryaburya.

The prosecutor has been handed over to trial on charges of using fake documents in the process.

After stopping former Vice Minister Kim from leaving the country, the prosecutor leaves, "If you eat discipline, you can't do it."

This raises the possibility of knowing that there is a problem.

The prosecutor sent a position that the group chat room should not be distorted to a one-sided purpose, omitting the front and back contexts, although members would have left some serious, sometimes jokingly words in various situations.
