A two-month-old girl who showed symptoms of cerebral hemorrhage at a motel in Incheon was found with cardiac arrest, and the police are investigating the suspicion of child abuse of her father.

According to the legal profession and the Incheon Parent Administrative Welfare Center, on the 13th of this month, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon City's biological mother, B, who was found with heart arrest at a motel in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, was arrested on the 6th of this month on suspicion of fraud.

A public official at an Administrative Welfare Center in Incheon City sent an official letter to the police on the 5th of this month, asking for an investigation, asking the police to check the location when A's parents and parents had not been contacted for more than a week.

An official from the Administrative Welfare Center said, "Since this year, Ms. A's brother (2) has been included in the'e-Child Happiness Support' by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and since last month, she has been in contact with her parents. I also visited the villa registered as the address, but the door was locked."

The police, who received the official letter from the Administrative Welfare Center on the 6th, a day later, after questioning, found out that the parents of A are staying at a motel in Bupyeong-gu.

However, it was revealed that the prosecution wanted a nomination on charges of fraud in the process of conducting a background check with Mr. B's personal information.

Mr. B was immediately arrested by the police and handed over to the prosecution, and is now known to be arrested and staying in a detention center.

When the public officials and the police of the Administrative Welfare Center visited the motel at around 2 pm on the 6th, there were no traces of child abuse by brothers and sisters A.

An official from the administrative welfare center said, "After checking the condition of the children after Mom B was taken to the police, they looked healthy. There were baby supplies such as diapers in the motel room, and there was no big luggage."

He added, "A few days later, I heard that Mr. B was arrested by the child protection team at the ward office."

After Mr. B's arrest, the police are investigating the possibility that Mr. C, who is her husband, was upset while caring for two young siblings in a motel room alone and abused Miss A.

Mr. C reported to 119 today, saying, "My daughter does not breathe," and he was arrested by the police on charges of seriously injured child abuse under the Special Act on the Punishment of Child Abuse Crimes.

In an initial police investigation, Mr. C denied the charges, saying, "I was holding my daughter and I accidentally hit the wall."

Ms. A was transferred to the intensive care unit of a nearby general hospital by 119 paramedics in a state of cardiac arrest to receive treatment, and a detailed examination showed symptoms of cerebral hemorrhage.

A police official said, "We cannot disclose information related to the mother who was not at the scene of the incident," and said, "We will consider whether to apply for an arrest warrant for Mr. C after further investigation."
