A thief, who was fleeing from the police in Wonju, Gangwon-do, was hung outside the window on the third floor of the motel and was rescued by 119 rescuers and was arrested by the police.
According to the Wonju Police Station in Gangwon and the Wonju Station, the police asked the fire department to rescue Mr. A (25), a thief who was hanging outside the window on the third floor of a motel in Usan-dong, Wonju-si, around 2:25 pm today (9th).
Mr. A is accused of running away by stealing 200,000 won in cash by entering a mart in Wonju yesterday and early this morning.
When the police, who confirmed that Mr. A was hiding in the motel through a closed-circuit TV, came into the motel, Mr. A was hung outside the window while trying to escape.
Rescuers removed the window and rescued Mr. A within 30 minutes and handed it over to the police.
