A former and eight criminal man in his 40s who assaulted the landlord who found it while breaking into a house in the morning and stealing money and goods was again sentenced to imprisonment.



The Jeju District Court Criminal Division 2 (Judge Chan-soo Jang) announced today (5th) that he sentenced A (46), who was handed over to trial for violations of the Act on aggravated punishment for certain crimes (theft), to 7 years in prison.



According to the prosecution fact, Mr. A secretly broke into a house in Seogwipo City at around 4:40 am on December 4 last year and stole 1.49 million won in cash. Injured.



During the trial, Mr. A appealed for a crime in a state of weakness in mind and body due to impulse control disorder, but the court did not accept it.



The court said, "It is not appropriate to reduce the sentence of the defendant for mental and physical weakness, considering the fact that he was punished by eight times in prison for crimes related to theft or semi-robbery even before the crime of this case." He revealed the reason for the sentence, saying, "It is more likely to be accused by committing a crime again before passing.
