The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency held a deliberation committee for personal identification made up of external members including the police, lawyers, and professors at 3 pm today (5th).
One attorney, two professors, and one psychologist attended this external committee.
The judges unanimously determined that it was necessary to disclose the personal information of the suspect Kim Tae-hyun in accordance with the'Special Act on the Punishment of Specific Violent Crimes'.
On the 23rd of last month, Kim Tae-hyun is accused of killing three mothers and daughters one after another after disguised as a delivery driver in an apartment in Nowon-gu, Seoul, where the three mothers and daughters reside.
It has been confirmed that Mr. Kim stalked his deceased eldest daughter several months ago.
