According to the court on the 5th, on the 31st of last month, the 29th Division of the Criminal Agreement of the Seoul Central District Court (President Judge Kim Chang-hyung) held a decision hearing of 75-year-old A, who was accused of forcibly harassing a minor under the age of 13.

Mr. A was handed over to trial on October 29 last year for touching and kissing the body of Miss B, a child under the age of 13.

In the final statement, Mr. A left the words, "I did it by mistake after drinking a drink. I'm sorry."

Mr. A's lawyer said, "We admit to the facts of the prosecution, but at the time the defendant drank a lot of makgeolli and he was in a state of mental and physical weakness that he did not remember the situation." I hope that the punishment is as generous as possible in consideration of everything,” he appealed.

A's sentence will be held on the 21st of next month.
