After being removed from the App Store and Play Store in summer 2020, the Cortana app no longer works on iPhone and Android smartphones at all.

“As of March 31, 2021, Cortana content you've created - such as reminders and lists - will no longer work in the mobile app, but can still be viewed through Windows,” Microsoft says.
