You can vote today and tomorrow, regardless of your address, as long as you bring your ID to the polling place.

There is a reporter at the polling place in advance.

Reporter Hong Young-jae, the voting started a while ago, right?

I am now at the pre-voting office at Seoul Station.

A little while ago, pre-voting has just started at 722 pre-voting offices in 21 districts in Seoul and Busan, which will be held for two days today and tomorrow.

It's still too early, so it seems that citizens are occasionally visiting the pre-voting hall.

For pre-voting starting today, you can vote as long as you bring your ID, even outside the electoral district of the voter.

It runs from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

However, as quarantine measures due to Corona 19 are in progress, several processes must be taken.

First of all, you need to measure your body temperature, and if there is no abnormality in your body temperature, you will receive a plastic glove after hand disinfection.

After that, you will be given an identification card, verified your identity, and received a by-election ballot.

Once you have received the paper and envelope, go to the voting booth to mark your vote and place it in the ballot box to complete the pre-voting.

Corona confirmed patients are subject to voting by mail in principle. Separately, the NEC plans to operate special pre-voting centers for one day in Seoul and one in Busan among the life treatment centers in which the confirmed patients are hospitalized.

In the case of self-isolated persons, voting is possible after 8:00 pm on the 7th of this voting day.
