The prosecution once requested an arrest warrant and turned it over to trial with Cha Gyu-geun, the head of the Immigration Department of the Ministry of Justice, who was dismissed.

General Manager Cha, knowing that there is a problem with the withdrawal procedure of former Vice Minister Kim, approved it, illegally inquired about the departure trend of former Vice Minister Kim, who was a civilian, and is accused of falsifying computer records.

Both of them have a complaint filed in the Seoul Central District Law because their address is in Seoul.

Initially, the investigation team posted a request for an arrest warrant against this prosecutor, but it is said that the Supreme Prosecutors' Office did not approve it.
