<Anchor> The

metropolitan express train, called GTX, is a train that quickly connects downtown Seoul and the outskirts of Seoul.

Construction of line A from Goyang, Gyeonggi-do to Dongtan is already under construction, and line B, which crosses east and west from Songdo in Incheon to Namyangju in Gyeonggi-do, and line C, which connects up and down to Suwon, northern Gyeonggi-do and southern Gyeonggi-do, is about to start construction as early as the end of this year. .

When this is entered, the time to go to Seoul will be reduced, and local house prices are also being shaken in anticipation that the area around the station will be developed.

In fact, all of the top 10 regions with the highest apartment prices in the country this year are where GTX routes pass.

So, our reporter analyzed the property details to see if any of the local lawmakers owned real estate around the line.

Reporter Lee Hyun-jung will deliver this.

This is the land near Byeolnae Station in Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do, where the GTX B route will pass.

This land, which has been left unattended for several years, has only been thickened with jagged grass, and is owned by Congressman A, Jungnang-gu, Seoul.

Congressman A purchased all 6 parcels in the form of splits in 2018.

At the end of the same year, forest fields between Pyeongnae-Hopyeong Station and Cheonmasan Station were also purchased.

The land of Congressman A is unfortunately concentrated around the GTX line B, which runs through Jungnang-gu, Seoul to Namyangju.

As a result of the preliminary feasibility study in August 2019, these regions were included where the GTX history came in, and land prices jumped.

Assemblyman A explained, "We bought the land to build a nursing home, and the empty Byeolnae-dong land was stopped due to funding problems."

There were also several lawmakers who owned real estate near the GTX line C.

Assemblyman B of Ansan City Council purchased the land in Bono-dong, Sangnok-gu, in April 2019.

Near Sangnoksu Station, there is a story that the C route will pass, and land prices are running.

GTX, like a new city, is a target of speculation because its main development is favorable.

In addition, experts point out that it is impossible to rule out the possibility of stakeholders exerting influence as stop stations may be added to the construction process.
