The yellow dust warning is triggered when it is predicted that the average fine dust concentration per hour of 800㎍/㎥ or more will continue for more than 2 hours due to yellow dust.

The sky looks yellow and you can see that dust is accumulating on vehicles or facilities.

This yellow dust originated from the highlands of Inner Mongolia and Mongolia's Gobi Desert on the 26th, and flowed into the Korean peninsula from last night by riding the northwest wind.

Yesterday afternoon, the Ministry of Environment issued a warning stage for the yellow dust crisis across the country, urging the vulnerable, including the elderly, to refrain from going out.
