result of a survey of 18,000 people who had been vaccinated with the Corona 19 vaccine by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, it was estimated that about a third felt uncomfortable.



Of these, 2.7% actually visited medical institutions.



The most common adverse reactions are pain at the vaccination site, muscle pain, fatigue, headache, and fever. Most of the symptoms appeared within 12 hours after vaccination and recovered within two days.



From the 1st of the following month, if an adverse reaction occurs after vaccination,'vaccine leave' will be available for up to two days.



The government allowed one day off the next day if an adverse reaction occurred after vaccination, and another day if symptoms did not improve.



In principle,'vaccine leave' is treated as sick leave or separate paid leave, not annual or monthly leave, and there is no need to attach a separate doctor's note.
