As the number of new corona19 confirmed cases has turned to an increasing trend, the government has decided to extend the current'social distancing' step by two weeks.

According to the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters on the 28th, the current distancing (Section 2 in the metropolitan area, Stage 1.5 in the non-metropolitan area) will continue to apply until 12:00 pm on the 11th of the following month.

The ban on private gatherings of 5 or more people, first introduced in late December last year, will continue for the same period.

In addition, the government has decided to apply'basic quarantine rules' that prohibit food at all in 21 industries, including sports stadiums, libraries, art galleries and museums, and exhibitions and fairs.

The basic quarantine rules are applied after a weekly transition period from the 29th to the 4th of the following month.

If you are caught eating food in such a place after the enrollment period, you will be required to pay a penalty of 100,000 won per person.

When the basic quarantine rules are applied, it is obligatory to create an access list for all users when entering a multi-use facility.

Until now, it was a principle to write all of them, but in many cases, only one representative was written and recorded as'one other person'.

A total of 33 facilities are covered by the basic quarantine rules.

Nine facilities including sports stadiums, art galleries, museums, and libraries have been added to the existing 24 types of key and general management facilities.

Masks must be worn at these facilities and access lists must be completed.

In 21 of these industries, you can't eat by default.

However, you can eat food in auxiliary facilities such as restaurants and cafes, or in areas where food is allowed.

Facilities that are subject to food consumption prohibition are Collate/Non-Painting Hall, direct sales promotion hall, singing practice hall, indoor standing performance hall (above intensive management facility), bathing hall business, movie theater/performance hall, recreation room/multi-room, indoor sports facility, outdoor sports facility, reading room/study Cafes, sports stadiums, PC cafes, academies, hairdressing businesses (above general management facilities), religious facilities, casinos, bicycle racing, racing, horse racing, art galleries, museums, libraries, exhibitions and fairs, massage businesses, massage parlors (other facilities), etc. .

However, in the case of a PC room, if there is a partition in the shape of a'ㄷ', you can eat food.

Food intake is exceptionally permitted even in the kids cafe with separate dining area and long-term international conference halls.

As for the distance, the second stage in the metropolitan area and the 1.5 stage in the non-metropolitan area are maintained, and the related rules are still applied.

In the case of the metropolitan area, restaurants and cafés can only receive customers until 10 p.m. as they do now.

After that, only packaging and delivery can be performed.

If two or more people at the cafe order only coffee, beverages or simple desserts, it is recommended to stay within 1 hour.

The quarantine management of martial arts and collate is also strengthened.

In the future, the number of users will be limited to 1 per 8㎡ (2.4 pyeong) in the martial arts.

Food intake other than water or non-alcoholic beverages is also prohibited.

When dancing in contact with the other person, you must wear a mask, and keep a distance of at least 1 meter when dancing with other people.

Restrictions on operating hours (until 10:00 pm) applied to entertainment facilities, indoor sports facilities, singing practice centers, door-to-door sales halls, and party rooms are also maintained.

Weddings and funerals can only be attended by fewer than 100 people.

In the case of exhibitions, fairs and international conferences, the standard of less than 100 people is not applied, but the number of participants is limited to 1 per 4㎡ (approximately 1.2 pyeong) of the facility area.

In movie theaters and performance halls, seats outside of the group are required to be seated one space apart, and sports events are limited to 10% of the seating capacity, and religious facilities are limited to 20% of the number of seats.

In non-metropolitan areas where step 1.5 is applied, multi-use facilities such as restaurants, cafes, indoor sports facilities, singing practice rooms, party rooms, and indoor standing performance halls can be operated without restrictions on business hours.

There are no restrictions on operating hours for 5 types of entertainment facilities such as entertainment pub, danran pub, emotion pub, collage, hunting pot tea, and hold'em pub.
