SpaceX has added more "Starlink" satellites to its group that is already in its orbits, as 60 satellites were successfully launched, last Wednesday morning, from the "Cape Canaveral" space rocket launch base in Florida, according to a report. It was published by TechCrunch, bringing the total satellites launched by the company this month to 240.

This space flight used Falcon 9 missiles, along with propellants, that were used in five previous flights, and a cruise-charging cover, consisting of two halves, that were used in previous flights.

This is the fourth flight to carry the "Starlink" satellites, taking place this month only. Previous batches of 60 satellites were sent, on March 4, March 11, and March 14, respectively.

And with the addition of the launch flight that took place on Wednesday morning, the total number of satellites that have been sent into orbit, so far, is 240 satellites, within about three weeks.

This number is equal to what the second largest commercial satellite operator in the world, Planet, has launched into space so far.

SpaceX aims to launch 1500 "Starlink" satellites, and given the company's development, it is continuing to achieve this goal, at this pace, from launching satellites into space.

The company must increase these satellites, so that their population reaches about 10 thousand, or perhaps more effective satellites, orbiting on low orbits close to Earth.

But the near-term goal of SpaceX is to continue expanding coverage of most geographical areas of the planet with broadband Internet services to more countries and consumers.

At the present time, it seems that the Internet services provided by the company are limited to landline devices, because the company «SpaceX» opened the door of pre-orders, since the beginning of this year, to anyone living in a geographical area, covered by the company with the Internet service.

Consumers who have applied to benefit from this service will receive the Starlink antenna, in addition to the "future of the Internet" modem set, on specific dates that may extend to the end of the current year, even in areas known to have good service for users.

Starlink could provide huge returns for SpaceX when it becomes fully operational.

"The plan at the end of the day is to establish a new company to manage Internet services, as soon as the investment stage in the infrastructure is completed, and the returns become stable," said Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX.

So far, it seems that consumers have a positive experience with the Internet, in terms of speed and confidence, compared to other solutions offered in rural areas, but the next big test will come when the network is heavily loaded by a large number of users.
