the beginning of this month, Justice Minister Park Beom-gye ordered a re-examination of the allegations of'perjury orders' by former Prime Minister Han Myung-sook, which the prosecutors dealt with.

So yesterday (19th), the prosecutor's office gathered and voted after a 13-hour meeting.

As a result of the vote, more than half of 10 people said that there was no reason to go to trial.

There were overwhelmingly many opinions that the original conclusion should be maintained as the conclusion of the Great Sword, which led to the situation where Minister Park, who commanded the investigation, became hesitant, and criticized that it was an unreasonable investigation command.

A marathon meeting held by the prosecutor's head of the prosecutor's office presided over by Nam-gwan Cho, acting as the acting prosecutor general.

The results of the meeting, which were supposed to be closed, were quickly exposed.

All 14 participants, including Acting Cho, the chairman of the meeting, and Dong-soo Han, the head of the prosecutor's office, who are qualified to present the conference, voted in name.

The result was an overwhelming non-prosecution opinion.

One of the inmates who filed a complaint in April of last year that they were forced to testify falsely by the prosecutor is analyzed as the reason that the opinions of non-prosecution were focused on the fact that one inmate changed his words and that there was insufficient evidence to prove the prosecutor's perjury.

The pro-government-minded managers, except for the prosecution officer Han Dong-soo and criminal officer Lee Jong-geun, who were clearly in the position of prosecution, also left the line.

Prosecutor Han Dong-soo posted a post on social media, saying, "It was embarrassing and sad," and Prosecutor Eun-jung Lim wrote, "I'm sorry for the inmate who gave me the courage. I will prepare for tomorrow."

Minister Park, who is expected to receive a report from Acting Nam-gwan Cho soon, did not give any stance.

He directly read the records on 6,600 pages and initiated the investigation command, but only two out of 14 people gave opinions on the prosecution, which is inevitably embarrassing.

Prior to being the Minister of Justice, it is pointed out that in conjunction with the remarks of the ruling party politician, Park Bum-gye's initiation of investigation and command was an irrational number for a specific faction.

On the one hand, there is an analysis that the politician Minister Park Beom-gye showed only the appearance of doing his best despite anticipating this conclusion because of the relationship with the passport.

On the other hand, acting as the prosecutor general Nam-gwan Cho, who accepted Minister Park's investigation and command, and captured the opinions of the prosecution well, is gaining trust within the prosecution.

The suspicion of a perjury teacher who returned to the prosecution after twists and turns is expected to end as it is, as the statute of limitations remains only two days.
