Corona 19 news.

The European Medicines Agency, which has been investigating the causality between the AstraZeneca vaccine and blood clots, has concluded that the benefits of getting the vaccine outweigh the risk of blood clots, and European countries, including Germany and France, are starting again.

The European Medicines Agency said that there are cases in the younger generation that need further research.

European Medicines Agency recommended maintenance of the AstraZeneca vaccine.

The benefits of vaccination are overwhelmingly greater than the risk of developing blood clots.

Most European countries, such as Germany and France, which temporarily suspended vaccination, decided to resume vaccination.

However, seven cases of disseminated thrombosis and 18 cases of cerebral thrombosis with blood clots in multiple blood vessels simultaneously in vaccinators in their 50s and younger require further study.

The causal link between the vaccine and the formation of blood clots has not been identified, but it is possible.

[Savin Strauss/Chairman of the European Medicines Agency Vaccine: There is not enough evidence to determine whether the vaccine is the cause of thrombosis in young people.]

Disseminated blood clots out of 20 million people under the age of 50 were 1 and 1.35 brain clots in 2 weeks

.

Among the vaccinations of the same age group during the same period of diagnosis, 5 and 12 were diagnosed, respectively.

Those over 50 had similar incidence rates for the two groups.

Nevertheless, the European Medicines Agency recommends vaccination because the risk of blood clots is only 0.000085%, even assuming that the vaccine is the cause.

In the United States, where only Pfizer and Modena were vaccinated, 36 blood clot-related deaths were reported as of January.

The health authorities will hold an immunization committee tomorrow (20th), discussing vaccination strategies, including which vaccines to be given by age group.
