Microsoft confirmed the existence of a bug in a support note, stating that an investigation was underway to understand its origin.

"This problem affects a subset of Type 3 printer drivers and does not affect Type 4 printer drivers," the firm said in a statement.

The American giant specifies that it will be necessary to be patient before the arrival of a fix.
