A medical police officer who left overnight escaped from the drunk driving crackdown, crashed into a parked vehicle, and was eventually arrested by the police.

The Gwangju Northern Police Department said that 22-year-old A, a compulsory police officer, was arrested on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act.

Mr. A is accused of driving a rental car while drunk on Yongbong-dong Road in Buk-gu, Gwangju at around 11:50 pm the day before (12th) after leaving the night.

When Mr. A saw the scene of the police drinking crackdown, he ran into an alley, hit a parked vehicle, and stopped.

The police found and captured Mr. A in an alley while tracking the escape vehicle.

At that time, A's blood alcohol concentration was measured at the level of license cancellation.

After investigating the exact process, the police plan to open a disciplinary committee to determine the level of disciplinary action.
