An autopsy will be conducted tomorrow for an executive-level employee of the Paju Business Headquarters of Korea Land and Housing Corporation, found dead yesterday (13th).

The Gyeonggi Paju Police Department said that the body of 58-year-old A, an employee of LH's Paju business headquarters, is scheduled to undergo an autopsy tomorrow.

Mr. A was found dead in a container installed on his own land in Sambang-ri, Beobwon-eup, Paju, Gyeonggi-do, at around 10:05 a.m. yesterday.

The police are weighing on the possibility that Mr. A may have taken his own life, based on the fact that there are no signs of death, such as invading containers, and that Mr. A sent a message hinting at his extreme choices to his family.

As a result of a police investigation, it was revealed that A had gone to work the day before his death, but did not return to his home in Seoul, and after talking with his family before his death, he sent a mobile phone text message stating'I'm sorry to go first.'

Mr. A was not included in the alleged speculation of LH employees announced by the government on the 11th.

However, a media recently raised suspicion of speculation, saying that an IC and an industrial complex on the second circular highway in the metropolitan area were planned or being built around the land where Mr. A bought it.

The Special Investigation Unit for real estate speculators at the Northern Gyeonggi Police Agency said on the 11th that it has obtained similar intelligence, but has not yet initiated an investigation.

The land where Mr. A lived is surrounded by mountains on blind ground, and Mr. A is known to have built a farm in this area since 2019 and used it as a weekend farm.

As soon as the death case of Mr. A is closed, the special investigation team plans to confirm the facts of the information.

The police are planning to close the case of Mr. A's death if it is not found in the autopsy.
