It is reported that Justice Minister Park Beom-gye is taking a look at the entire process of the Supreme Prosecutor's Office's acquittal of the so-called ‘Mohae Perjury Teacher Case of Former Prime Minister Han Myung-sook.’

On the 5th, before the expiration of the statute of prosecutors, the Supreme Prosecutors said, "In relation to the trial of the former Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea, the two witnesses and the investigation team's perjury and the teacher's case were judged that there was insufficient evidence to admit the allegations through a reasonable decision-making process." I did.

Previously, former Justice Minister Choo Mi-ae received a complaint about the suspicion that the prosecutors' investigation team had lied for perjury of the inmates in the process of investigating the violation of the Political Fund Act by the former Prime Minister, and handed it over to the Supreme Prosecutors' Office according to the procedure. Instead, it was distributed to the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office, which created a conflict.

After that, there was a conflict over the investigative power of Prosecutor Lim Eun-jeong, who was ordered by the Supreme Prosecutor's Office as a policy researcher for the Supreme Prosecutor's Office, insisting that Minister Choo take over the investigation as an important reference.

Prosecutor Lim is backed by saying that he was excluded from the case due to the order of former President Yoon's job transfer, although he recently received the right to investigate by Minister Park Beom-gye's order of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office.

In response, Minister Park also expressed regret to the great swordsman, saying, "If there is a suspicion, the prosecutor can investigate, and it is correct to have it investigated."
