When the season changes, many people are worried about hair loss due to the daily temperature difference. According to a survey of 750 men in their 20s and 40s, 46% of all respondents were concerned about hair loss.

By age, 51% of people in their 40s, 48% in their 30s, and 39% in their 20s are concerned about hair loss.

Hair loss-related symptoms (multiple responses) include thinning of hair in 38%, loss of hair a lot when washing the hair afterwards (24%), M-shaped hair loss (23%), and parietal hair loss (14%). And so on.

There are many people who visit the hospital for hair loss, but has it been investigated how you are managing it?

53% of all respondents said they are making efforts to manage hair loss.

As for the management method (multiple responses), the use of shampoo for relieving hair loss accounted for 39%, and was selected as the most representative method.

20% of people in their 40s said they use a scalp acupressure or a comb, and 15% of them in their 30s say they take hair loss medicine.

The total number of patients who visited the hospital for hair loss in 2019, based on the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service's count, was 230,000, of which 44% were in their 20s to 30s.

It is said that the reason for the large number of young people with hair loss is not only genetic factors, but also due to poor diet, stress, and excessive diet.

This survey is the result of a survey conducted by market research firm Embrain Trend Monitor on 750 men in their 20s to 40s on the 4th of last month.
