A suspicion was raised that police officers of a district university in Incheon had watched a YouTube video with a patrol car on the roadside during working hours, and the police began to find out the truth.

Today (5th), the Incheon Samsan Police Station announced that a suspicion of the negligence of working hours of two police officers belonging to the district university in the jurisdiction has been raised by a citizen and is confirming the facts.

The incident came to the surface at about 9:40 pm on the 3rd, when a citizen passing around a patrol car that was built on a road in Galsan-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, raised the issue.

Citizen A said in an interview with SBS this morning, "I accidentally witnessed a patrol car making an illegal U-turn while going to the stationery store."

He explained the situation at the time, saying, "I was thinking about whether or not to shoot a game, and then I was trying to shoot a video, so I was watching YouTube at that time."

He also claimed that the police officers were devoted to watching YouTube, saying, "I took a video around the patrol car for about 10 minutes and didn't even notice it."

He said, "I knocked on the window and asked,'I didn't know you were filming a video,' but he replied,'I saw it coming and going.' 'Isn't that supposed to be thinking?'

After the suspicion was raised, the Samsan Police Station in Incheon began to find out the facts.

An official at the line of responsibility said, "Usually, I patrol for 40 minutes and then stop at a vulnerable area for about 10 to 15 minutes, but it seems to have happened at this time." I plan to do it."
