There are still heavy snowfall warnings in the mountainous areas of Gangwon and the east coast, but heavy snow of nearly 80cm fell in mountainous areas such as Misiryeong and Jinburyeong, and a lot of snow fell near 40cm in the coastal areas such as Gangneung and Sokcho.

Since yesterday afternoon, traffic congestion on the Donghae Expressway and Seoul Yangyang Expressway, which caused extreme congestion as cars were isolated on the road, was resolved from dawn, and most of the congestion was resolved except for some sections of the Yangyang Junction.

The traffic of the four crossings that were prohibited from entering the section of the Donghae Expressway Sokcho and Hajodae also resumed from around 2 am.

The sections of the Hangyeryeong, Jinburyeong, and Misiryeong tunnels, which are the high pass, are still partially controlled.

I also heard news of a sad accident.
