On March 1, the 102nd anniversary, today (1st), condemnation rallies and vehicle demonstrations were held in various places in Seoul, mainly by conservative groups.

In the midst of raining rain, about 10 people, including members of the Free Korea National Team, held a rally in front of Gwanghwamun at around 11 am.

They initially reported a rally of 50 people and were banned by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, but the Seoul Administrative Court allowed the assembly to be limited to 20 or less and gathered in front of Gwanghwamun.

It is believed that the conservative YouTuber Hwang Mo, who was permitted to gather 30 people in front of the Ilmin Museum of Art in Jongno-gu, canceled the rally.

It is said that it was difficult to implement the nine quarantine rules imposed by the court, such as requiring participants to bring a negative Corona 19 test result.

Earlier, the court rejected most of the applications for suspension of execution, which some conservative organizations objected to the ban on the March 1 assembly by the quarantine authorities, but allowed a maximum of 20-30 people to gather at some gatherings.

After holding a press conference at Tapgol Park today at noon today, the Republic of Korea decided to hold a rally with no more than 9 people at about 150 places, including subway stations and traditional markets all over Seoul, starting from 1 p.m.

Last year, the Free Democratic People's Movement, where organizations participating in the Liberation Day rally gathered, held a press conference in front of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in the morning, and the Taegeukgi Revolutionary National Headquarters decided to hold a rally in Myeong-dong from 1 pm

Small vehicle demonstrations also follow.

The patriot patrol team departs near Seodaemun in the afternoon and starts a vehicle demonstration going through the city center to the vicinity of Hanseong Science High School in Seodaemun-gu.

Emergency National Solidarity Vehicle Demonstrators head from the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts at 12:30 PM to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office in Seocho-gu, and at 1 PM, the National Assembly vehicle departs near Euljiro and moves to Sinseol-dong, Dongdaemun-gu.

Participants of these protests must ride one in every nine vehicles and follow the quarantine and traffic safety rules.

According to the Seoul Metropolitan Government, there were 1,600 cases reported to hold the March 1 rally in downtown Seoul on that day.
