The court allowed a small-scale demonstration in Seoul city center of up to 9 participants in the March 1st, following the opening day of last year.
According to the legal community, the first division of the Seoul Administrative Court cited an application for suspension of the enforcement of the ban on vehicle demonstrations made by the conservative patriot patrol team against the head of the Seoul Police Agency.
The Seoul Administrative Court denied all outdoor gatherings in downtown Seoul reported in Section 3 and 1 except for small gatherings of 20-30 people.
