Mr. A, a new employee in his twenties who joined a real estate development company earlier last month, filed a complaint with the police, claiming that he was continually harassed by the chairman.

According to Mr. A, immediately after joining the company, the chairman called Mr. A to the chairman's office to make him feel comfortable like his father, and then suddenly came to A's house on the weekend.

Mr. A confided that the chairman's harassment began when Mr. A got into the car in response to a persistent request for a brief talk.

Mr. A explained that he tickled his palms and tried to kiss, and when Mr. A avoided and refused, he said, "I told you to think like a dad, but as a dad, you can't do that much."

In the chairman's office, which was called from time to time, harassment and harassment continued, Mr. A said.

After nearly a month of sexual harassment and harassment, Mr. A said, "I was very afraid," and said, "I wanted to continue working, but I had no choice but to put up with the fear of becoming uncomfortable with the chairman."

However, Mr. A, who eventually received psychiatric treatment due to continued harassment, filed a complaint with the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul after taking a leave of absence within a month.

The police called Mr. A today (25th) to investigate the complainant.

The chairman did not respond to dozens of requests to report on SBS.

The victim side said that the chairman admitted that he had improper physical contact, but said, "The employee looked pretty and I wanted to protect it with my father's heart."
