Artificial intelligence interviews are still unfamiliar to job seekers.

It's because it lacks information and is awkward than talking to people.

So these days, there are many academies that can prepare for artificial intelligence interviews, but some of them teach wrong content, so you have to consider carefully.

Next is Yoo Su-hwan.

I went to a speech academy in Gangnam-gu, Seoul to get an AI interview consultation.

[A school instructor: Because the teacher's tone of voice shakes, eyes shake, and eyes shake very much.]

Daemoom promotes an expensive AI interview test machine. .

[A Academy Instructor: There are rumors that some companies use it to drop (AI interview).

You have to hold onto my voice or eyes.

We bought a machine worth tens of millions of won, and we are the only ones.

We also pay the result.]

Another speech academy in Seocho-gu, Seoul, explains the wrong content as true.

[B Academy Instructor: The computer analyzes the expressions, tone, gaze, and answers.

(Is the content analyzed by the computer?) Yes, that's right.]

Actually, the answer is not analyzed because of technical limitations.

In a situation where information on AI interviews is not sufficiently disclosed, job seekers are inevitably confused by the company's instructions.

Companies that provide virtually exclusive AI interview technology have recently disclosed some technical details in a white paper, but they are in a position to be embarrassed because they are faced with issues such as trade secrets and there are no minimum government guidelines for the scope of disclosure.

[Representative of AI interview technology company: Even if you try (by yourself), there is inevitably a limit to the part of public confidence.

The government or related organizations have made a checklist or something like this and gave a guide to'I wish you to follow it in this way.' (I hope you did it.)]

There is no proper means to verify whether AI interviews are discriminatory against women and people with disabilities.

Overseas, there is already active discussion to expand public verification of AI technologies used in sensitive fields such as recruitment.

Some states in the U.S. have passed legislation to establish an artificial intelligence bias verification body, and the European Union has regulations such as requiring conformance assessments before using artificial intelligence algorithms.

However, Korea is now starting to discuss related issues.

Depending on how advanced technology is used, it can become a double-edged sword, so we must hurry to discuss public management measures.
