Last night, around 11:30, a fire broke out in 20 minutes on the basement floor of an apartment in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
As smoke spread inside the apartment, more than 60 residents were evacuated.
Also, to prevent further accidents, electricity supply to each household was cut off for two hours as the apartment management office was inspected.
The police are investigating the cause of the fire by considering the fire started in a garbage pile in front of the security guard's lounge in the basement of the apartment.

At around 8:15 pm yesterday evening, a fire broke out in an empty lot near the bus station in Gijang-gun, Busan.
